You can update your Saasta Bazar account and view/change/edit your order through “MY Profile”.
• Change/Edit your personal information like Email id, Phone number, delivery address.
• You can change your password
• You can track order status.
• You will get order confirmation receipts of your order through Email as well as SMS once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
• Order details with unique order Id (e.g. C0000000COD00004) will be mailed once your order and payment has been confirmed.
• You will be notified when the product(s) are ready to shipped. The tracking details will be provided with the respective tracking number.
You can order your product with Customized gift wrap.
Customized gift wrap is Rs. 60/- per order.
Customized gift wrap not available in Cash-on-delivery.
Large item cannot be Customized gift wrapped.
You will get invoice for logistical, legal and tax inside the Customized gift wrap.
As per company returns policy after the mentioned time frame it’s not possible to accept the item(s).
