The courier service will reschedule delivery date to next business day. You will be notified via SMS from the courier service.
Don’t worry its only happens on rare occasion. Please check your email and messages for updates. Also visiting “My order” you will get the new timeframe of delivery.
As per company policy you can open your shipment only after delivery. If you have any issue with shipment please feel free to contact with our customer service department on toll free number.
You will get an Email & SMS confirmation once you have successfully placed your order. Also, you will be notified once the order is ready for delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

Please check the status of your replacement in “My order”.
The replacement item will be delivered to you at the time of pick-up. We will send you the details of replacement via email & SMS.
As per company returns policy after the mentioned time frame it’s not possible to accept the item(s).
Is it necessary to return the free item with the product?
Yes, you have to return the free item(s) with the product at the time of return
What is the process to returns an item?
1. Log in to your Saasta Bazar account.
2. Go to My order.
3. Click on the ‘Return’.
4. Fill the details to raise a return request.
